- Can you improve wireless without replacing the access points?
- Frequently, yes. A surprising share of wireless complaints are resolved by channel planning, power tuning and placement changes on existing hardware.
- How many access points do we need?
- The survey answers that. Anyone quoting a number from your floor area is estimating, and the estimate is usually wrong in one direction or the other.
- What about warehouses and outdoor areas?
- Both need their own survey approach — racking, stock levels and weather all affect propagation. High-racked warehouses in particular behave very differently from offices.
