Cloud telephony or on-premises?
Cloud for most organisations now, provided connectivity is resilient enough. Where sites have unreliable internet, a hybrid design with local survivability is often the honest answer.
Can you fix call quality without replacing the platform?
Frequently. Most quality problems are network problems, and prioritisation plus a connectivity fix resolves them without touching the platform.
What about Teams or a similar platform we already use?
We work with what you have. The network engineering underneath matters more than which platform sits on top, and it transfers if you change later.
